Compact 11.6" Netbook Sleeve

The Case Logic QNS-111 is a molded EVA sleeve designed to hold a netbook, mini laptop or laptop with up to an 11.6" display. Its sleek shape provides slimline protection without adding bulk. A soft, padded interior cushions the device while a secure zipper closure keeps out dust and moisture. The lightweight construction makes it an effortless addition to daily carry.

Suits owners of 11.6" netbooks and ultraportables

Buyers with devices larger than the 11.5" x 8.25" x 1" internal capacity or who need space for power bricks and accessories should look elsewhere. Users who prefer a shoulder strap, handle or extra pockets for organisation will find none on this sleeve. The slim profile also means it cannot accommodate bulky ruggedised laptops.

Internal capacity 11.5" x 8.25" x 1

This single measurement decides whether your device fits. Compare the exact length, width and thickness of your netbook or laptop against these figures before purchasing. The external dimensions are 13" x 9.75" x 1.6" and the weight is 0.81 lbs. If your machine exceeds the internal volume the sleeve will not close properly.

Questions about this item

How long does the Molded EVA shell and padded interior last before they need replacing?

The Molded EVA shell and quilted padding are built for daily use; they typically last several years before showing wear that would require a new sleeve.

What dimension stops a thicker device from fitting inside the 11.5" x 8.25" x 1" cavity?

The 1-inch internal depth is the limiting factor; any device thicker than 1 inch will not close properly in the sleeve.

Does the Molded EVA material trap heat when the laptop runs all day inside the closed sleeve?

The sleeve is a passive cover with no ventilation; it will insulate the device, so the laptop should be removed or the sleeve left open during extended heavy workloads.
