Minimalist Protection for iPhone X and XS

The Case-Mate Barely There case fits the 5.8" iPhone X and iPhone XS with a rigid plastic shell in matte black. Its ultra-slim profile adds almost no bulk while shielding the handset from scratches and minor drops. Precise cutouts keep every port and button accessible and the non-slip surface improves grip. Wireless charging works through the cover without removal.

Buyers Who Want a Thin, Light Cover

This suit buyers who prefer a barely-there feel and a low-profile matte finish. It is not for users who need ruggedised drop protection, a built-in kickstand, card storage or a textured grip beyond the non-slip surface. Anyone wanting a folio, wallet or heavy-duty armour case should look elsewhere.

Made from Rigid Plastic with a Matte Black Finish

The shell uses durable, shock-absorbing polymer that stays lightweight for everyday carry. This single material choice decides whether the balance of slimness and scratch resistance matches your expectations for daily use.

Questions about this item

Does the 5.8" iPhone X case leave the Lightning port and side buttons fully accessible?

Precise cutouts align with the Lightning port, mute switch and volume buttons so every control stays reachable without removing the cover.

How do I fit the rigid plastic shell onto the iPhone X without stressing the corners?

Start by seating the bottom edge first, then press the top corners in sequence; forcing the sides first can snap the thin polymer lip.

Will the matte black finish wear smooth where the case rubs against pockets or wireless chargers?

The non-slip polymer resists abrasion from daily pocket carry and Qi charging pads, keeping the matte texture intact over time.
