Designed for Samsung Galaxy S22

The Case-Mate Tough Clear Plus is a fitted case made specifically for the Samsung Galaxy S22. It uses plant based materials to provide a clear protective layer. The design preserves the phone's original appearance while adding shock absorbing defence. It suits owners who want durable daily protection without hiding the device colour.

Drop protection and grip enhancements

The case delivers 15 ft (4.5 m) drop protection through its shock absorbing construction. Cushioned corners and soft flexible sides work together to improve handling security. A raised bezel surrounds the screen and camera lenses to guard against direct surface contact. These features change how the phone survives impacts and feels in hand.

Protection limits and coverage

The case comfortably handles drops up to the rated 15 ft height and shields the display and lenses from scratches when placed face down. It runs out of protection against submersion or heavy crushing forces not covered by the drop rating. The clear material shows the Galaxy S22 design while maintaining the protective structure.

Questions about this item

Will the cushioned corners or flexible sides lose their grip or shock absorption over time?

The cushioned corners and soft flexible sides are built into the case structure; they do not have replaceable inserts, so the whole case would be replaced if grip or impact performance degrades.

Does the 15 ft drop rating still apply after repeated impacts?

The 15 ft drop protection is a single-impact rating; sustained or multiple drops can reduce the shock-absorbing material's effectiveness.

Will the plant-based material soften or discolour when the phone runs warm all day?

The case uses plant-based materials designed for normal phone operating temperatures; prolonged heat from heavy use may eventually cause slight yellowing but not structural softening.
