Questions about this item

What comes in the box and do I need to buy a shoulder strap separately?

The sleeve ships with an integrated extendable hand strap made of microfiber leather; no separate strap is included or required.

Which of the listed 14-15 inch versions fits a 15.4 inch MacBook Pro 16 A2485?

The internal cavity measures 14.76 x 10.24 x 0.79 inches and the maximum laptop size is 14.75 x 9.65 inches, so the 15.4 inch model fits this single size.
