Waterproof laptop protection

The CASEMATIX RMR21PRO-GMING is a crushproof hard case built for 15.6 to 17.3 inch gaming laptops. An IP67 rated seal keeps water and dust out while an airtight design protects internal components. Egg-crate foam on top and four flat foam layers beneath let you adjust the depth to match your device. A reinforced folding handle makes transport secure.

For travel and gear-heavy users

Travellers who need a sealed shell for airports or car journeys will value the waterproof barrier and shock-absorbing interior. Extra foam layers accommodate chargers, mice, keyboards and tablets alongside the laptop. Buyers who want a lightweight sleeve for daily commuting should look at soft bags instead. Anyone needing wheels or a trolley strap will not find them here.

Questions about this item

Will my 17.3 inch gaming laptop fit inside the 17.4 x 12.6 x 2.75 inch interior?

Yes, the maximum interior depth is 2.75 inches and the length is 17.4 inches, so any laptop up to 17.3 inches that is thinner than 2.75 inches will fit with the foam layers adjusted.

How do I configure the egg-crate top and four flat foam layers for a snug fit?

Remove or keep each flat foam layer until the laptop sits level with the egg-crate top, then close the lid; the foam compresses to lock the device in place without gaps.

Does the IP67 seal require any upkeep to stay waterproof over time?

Inspect the gasket for debris after each trip, wipe it clean with a damp cloth, and apply a thin silicone grease once a year to keep the seal flexible and airtight.
