Push-to-connect brass adapter for copper PEX CPVC

This 1-inch male NPT adapter uses a push-to-connect design that joins copper PEX or CPVC pipe without solder glue unions or tools. The one-piece DZR brass body is certified to Uniform Plumbing Code IAPMO and NSF-61 standards and rated for 200 psi at 200 F. It is approved for burial and installation behind drywall and can be removed and reused with a disconnect clip.

Tool-free installation with removable clip

Push the pipe into the fitting until it seats and the connection is complete with no open flame or solvent required. A disconnect clip allows the fitting to be released and reused if the pipe is cut square and clean. Debris on the pipe end or an out-of-round tube are the most common causes of leaks so inspect and chamfer the pipe before insertion.

1-inch MNPT size with 200 psi 200 F rating

The single specification that determines fit is the 1-inch male NPT thread combined with a 200 psi pressure rating and 200 F temperature rating. Buyers needing a smaller or larger thread size or a higher pressure class must select a different model.
