The Casio CT-S500 is a 61-key touch-responsive arranger keyboard designed for players who need a lightweight instrument with built-in stereo speakers and battery operation. It includes 800 tones, 243 rhythms, a 5-track recorder and DSP effects for immediate arrangement work.
Suits mobile players, not weighted-action users
This model suits keyboardists who want portable practice, street performance or classroom use with USB MIDI, Bluetooth MIDI and audio, plus 1/4" outputs for PA connection. Players who require hammer-action keys or a full compass should consider other instruments.
61 touch-responsive keys decide fit
The 61-key touch-sensitive keyboard is the specification that determines whether this instrument matches the player's range and feel requirements. It provides arranger functions, recording and connectivity in a 14.85-pound chassis that runs on AC or batteries.
