Compact Printing Calculator

The Casio HR-10RC is a 12-digit mini desktop printing calculator designed for office and mobile use. It prints in one colour on 2 1/4 inch paper rolls and includes tax, currency and cost-sell-margin functions. The unit weighs .76 pounds and measures 9.41 x 4.02 x 3.21 inches. Battery power enables portable operation.

Upgrade From HR-8TM

This model replaces the earlier HR-8TM with an updated design while keeping the same core layout. The jump is worth it when you need a built-in clock that adds date and time to every printout automatically. Users who already own a working HR-8TM and do not require time-stamped records can stay with the older unit.

Simple Setup, Paper Alignment

Insert two AA batteries and load an IR-40 roll; the compartment opens without tools. The main issue is paper misfeed if the roll sits crooked or the tear bar catches. Review up to 150 steps on the LCD before printing to catch entry errors early. Keep spare rolls handy for continuous use.

Questions about this item

What paper roll width does the HR-10RC accept?

The HR-10RC uses IR-40 paper rolls that are 2 1/4 inches wide. One roll fits inside the printer compartment at a time.

How do I load paper correctly so it feeds without jamming?

Open the cover, drop the roll in so paper unwinds from the bottom, pull a short length past the print head, then close the cover firmly until it clicks.

When should I replace the ink roller and which part number do I need?

Replace the IR-40 ink roller when print becomes faint or uneven; the same IR-40 roll supplies both paper and ink in one cartridge.
