Questions about this item

Does the stretch fabric trap heat when the keyboard stays on all day?

The cover is a thin nylon sleeve only 0.1 in thick, so it adds virtually no insulation and lets the keyboard run at its normal temperature.

Must I own a keyboard within the 17.9 x 6.3 in to 20.5 x 8.7 in range for this cover to fit?

Yes, the elastic fabric stretches to fit any standard full-size or gaming keyboard measuring between those minimum and maximum dimensions.

Will the sleeve still fit if I keep an older keyboard with a taller 1.57 in profile?

The cover accommodates keyboards up to 1.57 in high, so legacy models within the length and width range will still be fully protected.
