Compatible JVC Camcorder Battery

The Centenex Electronics BAJVCBNV428 is a lithium-ion replacement battery built for a wide range of JVC camcorders. It fits models across the GR-D, GR-DV and GY-HD series listed in the compatibility data. The pack targets owners who need a fresh power source for older handheld video cameras.

2.8 Ah Capacity For Extended Recording

Rated at 2.8 Ah, the cell provides enough headroom for long shooting sessions on supported devices. Runtime scales with the camcorder's power draw, so high-brightness LCD use or motorised zoom will drain it faster than viewfinder-only operation. It is not a high-capacity pack for all-day continuous capture without recharging.

Direct Replacement With No Extra Accessories

The unit ships as a single battery; no charger, cable or adapter is included. It slots into the camcorder's existing battery bay and charges with the original JVC charger or dock. Buyers who have lost their dedicated charger will need to source one separately.
