Replacement Battery for Datalogic QuickScan Scanners

This Centenex Electronics DS-CS-DAM243BL is a lithium-ion battery built for Datalogic QuickScan QBT2400, QBT2430 and QBT2X handheld scanners. It replaces original part numbers 128003203, BT-32 and RBP-2X00. The unit is supplied new and 100% OEM compatible.

Voltage and Capacity Match the Original Spec

The cell delivers 3.7V and 1600mAh for a total energy rating of 5.92Wh. These figures match the factory specifications so the scanner charges and reports remaining capacity correctly. Using a pack with different voltage or capacity would cause runtime errors or charging faults.

Black Housing and Compact Dimensions Fit

The black casing measures 52.90 x 18.40 x 18.40 mm and slides straight into the scanner’s battery compartment without modification. No extra cables, adapters or configuration software are included or required. Buyers who need a multi-bay charger or a higher-capacity pack will not find those items here.

Questions about this item

How long will the 1600 mAh capacity actually power a QuickScan QBT2430 during a shift?

The 3.7 V 1600 mAh cell stores 5.92 Wh, which typically delivers several hours of continuous scanning on a QBT2430 before needing a recharge.

Does the battery use a proprietary connector or a standard interface for charging?

It replaces Datalogic part numbers 128003203, BT-32 and RBP-2X00, so it fits the original charging cradle and contacts without an adapter.

Will the 52.90 x 18.40 x 18.40 mm pack fit inside the QBT2400 battery compartment?

Yes, those dimensions match the OEM battery cavity, so the pack seats flush and the latch closes normally.
