Purpose and Fit

This 3.8 V 5 Ah Li-Polymer battery replaces the IDATA R1620040062 pack in MC70, MC90HC, MC90m, MC95E, MC95HC, MC95V and MC95W GPS units. It is built for field workers who need a direct-fit replacement without soldering or adapter cables. Buyers whose devices use a different part number or voltage should look elsewhere.

Sustained Use

The 19.00 Wh cell delivers consistent voltage across a full shift rather than fading after a short burst, supporting long route logging and barcode scanning sessions. Its 71.90 x 51.90 x 11.60 mm form factor matches the original cavity so the latch closes securely and the terminal alignment stays correct over repeated insertions.

Pre-Order Checks

Verify the exact model number printed on your existing battery matches R1620040062 and that your device lists MC70, MC90HC, MC90m, MC95E, MC95HC, MC95V or MC95W in its documentation. Confirm the 3.8 V nominal rating and 5000 mAh capacity match the label on the pack you are replacing.
