  • Li-ion chemistry delivers 19.24 Wh energy

Direct replacement battery

The Centenex Electronics DS-CS-MC321XL is a 3.7 V 5200 mAh lithium-ion cell built for Motorola MC3200, MC32N0 and Zebra MC3300 barcode scanners. It matches OEM part numbers 82-000012-01, BTRY-MC32-01-01 and BTRY-MC33-52MA-01. The black pack measures 80.40 x 45.30 x 22.65 mm and ships new with 100 % compatibility assured.

Capacity and headroom

At 19.24 Wh the pack delivers a full shift of scanning on a single charge for typical warehouse or retail workloads. Heavy continuous use with the display and radio at maximum brightness will drain it faster, so a spare unit is advisable for multi-shift operations.

Upgrade path

This unit replaces the original 5.2 Ah battery supplied with the MC3200 and MC3300 series. The jump is worth it when the factory cell no longer holds enough charge for a complete shift or when a second battery is needed for hot-swap rotations. It does not add capacity beyond the OEM specification.
