Four rechargeable 3.7 V Li-ion cells and an AC charger compatible with Arlo VMC3030 cameras
This set supplies four rechargeable RCR123a lithium-ion cells rated at 700 mAh and 3.7 V, plus a matching AC charger. It is aimed at owners of Netgear Arlo Wire-Free HD security cameras (VMC3030) who want a reusable power source instead of disposable CR123A primaries. The bundle replaces part numbers RCR123a and 16340.
The charger accepts AC 100 V–240 V at 50/60 Hz and is designed exclusively for the supplied Li-ion batteries. Using primary CR123A or any non-rechargeable chemistry with this charger can cause fire or charger failure. Buyers needing a charger that also handles disposable cells should look elsewhere.
Each cell delivers 700 mAh at 3.7 V, which determines how long an Arlo camera operates between charges. The charger outputs DC 4.2 V at up to 150 mA to replenish the pack. If your camera demands a higher capacity cell for longer deployments, this pack will not meet that requirement.

Insert the four 3.7 V 700 mAh cells with the positive ends facing the camera contacts, then close the latch fully — the step many miss is confirming the latch clicks shut so the cells stay seated.
Keep the charger vents clear of dust, wipe the battery contacts with a dry cloth if they look dirty, and replace the four cells once they no longer hold a useful charge after repeated cycles.
The charger draws a maximum of 150 mA from the 100–240 V 50/60 Hz supply, so the AC input current limit is reached before the 4.2 V DC output limit during sustained charging.
