Questions about this item

Does the 5.5 × 2.1 mm barrel plug fit my massager's DC port?

This adapter includes a 5.5 mm outer diameter plug with a 2.1 mm centre pin, matching massagers that specify that exact barrel size.

How do I connect it safely to mains power?

Plug the IEC C7 figure-8 mains lead into the adapter body first, then insert the barrel into the massager, and finally switch on the wall socket.

When should I replace the 1.8 m cable or the adapter itself?

Replace the unit if the cable sheath shows cracks, the barrel becomes loose in the port, or the adapter emits a burning smell during use.
