Cheezee AC to DC Converter 110-240V to 12V 5A 60W

This new Cheezee adapter converts standard wall outlets from 110V to 240V AC into a 12V DC cigarette lighter socket. It is intended for users who want to run car accessories such as chargers, coolers or inflators inside a home, office or hotel room. The unit supplies up to 5A at 60W maximum.

60W maximum output

The single specification that decides compatibility is the 60W power ceiling. Any device drawing more than 60W or exceeding 5A will not operate safely on this converter. Check the rated power and current of your car accessory before connecting it to avoid overload shutdown or damage.

8.8 ft total cord length

An 8.8 ft combined cable reach lets the adapter span from a distant wall socket to a convenient work surface without an extension lead. The package includes only the converter unit itself; no extra plugs, mounting hardware or software are supplied.

Questions about this item

What can I actually run from the 12 V 5 A 60 W output?

Any device with a standard car cigarette-lighter plug that draws 5 A or less and 60 W or less will operate from this converter.

Does the 110-240 V input auto-switch, and what does that mean for travel?

The unit accepts 110 V to 240 V AC directly, so it works on mains worldwide without a separate voltage selector.

How much reach does the 8.8 ft total cord give me?

The combined cable length of 8.8 ft lets you place the female socket well away from the wall outlet.
