Universal AC Adapter 3V-12V 2A

This universal AC to DC adapter supplies selectable voltages from 3V to 12V with a maximum current of 2A. It includes eight interchangeable tips for centre-negative polarity devices. The unit accepts 100V-240V AC input at 50/60Hz and provides a standard USB port on the bottom. A 115cm cable connects the adapter to the device.

Sustained load behaviour

The adapter delivers up to 30W continuous power across the voltage range. It handles current draws from 50mA up to the 2A limit without shutdown. Voltage selection remains stable during extended operation for effects pedals, keyboards and similar electronics. The fixed centre-negative polarity cannot be reversed.

Practical limits of the interface

The barrel connector system uses irreversible centre-negative polarity only. Devices requiring centre-positive polarity need a different adapter. Maximum output is 2A at any selected voltage, limiting use to equipment drawing less than 2000mA. Input frequency support covers 50Hz and 60Hz mains worldwide.
