XXL High-Performance Ice Pack

The ChefVentions Foil Fashion Ice pack measures 10 by 8.5 inches and is built for durability and ultimate cooling power. It fits perfectly in ice chests and lunch bags to keep food and drinks colder for longer. The slim profile slides easily between items in a tight cooler.

Thermals and Everyday Use

The non-toxic gel interior stays cold for hours and replaces traditional ice with no melty mess. For best results, freeze the pack overnight and stack multiples together. The BPA-free, puncture-resistant shell is food safe and cleans with a simple rinse and pat dry.

Build Quality and Versatility

The flexible silicone construction withstands repeated freeze-thaw cycles without cracking. It serves well in insulated coolers, beach bags, picnic baskets and camping gear. The pack also doubles as a cold compress for treating minor injuries. Buyers needing smaller packs for compact lunch boxes or larger sheets for full-size coolers should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I prepare the 10 x 8.5 inch pack before first use?

Place the pack flat in the freezer overnight so the non-toxic gel freezes evenly; standing it upright can create air pockets that reduce contact area.

What care keeps the BPA-free silicone shell intact over many cycles?

Rinse with cool water and mild soap after each use, pat dry, and avoid sharp objects or dishwasher heat that could weaken the puncture-resistant surface.

At what point does the gel stop holding temperature during a long picnic?

In a loaded cooler the pack typically stays cold for several hours; once the gel fully thaws it no longer absorbs heat and must be refrozen.
