The laptop arrives ready to use with Windows 11 Pro configured. Storage upgrades are straightforward via the second M.2 slot supporting up to 4 TB total. The 24 GB LPDDR5 memory is soldered and cannot be increased. Connectivity includes dual USB-C with DisplayPort, HDMI 2.0, USB 3.2 ports and an SD card reader. WIFI 5 handles wireless networking.

Suits mobile creators and gamers

This machine fits users who need strong multi-threaded performance for editing or gaming on a 15.6 inch screen. Questions about this item

How can I verify the AMD Ryzen 7 6800H is reaching its 4.7GHz boost clock after setup?

Open Windows Task Manager and select the Performance tab to watch the CPU frequency climb toward 4.7GHz under load.

Which accessories are included and which must be purchased separately for the NY-19?

The box contains the laptop, power adapter and documentation; the second M.2 slot is empty so an additional NVMe drive must be bought separately for expansion.

Should I choose the 24GB RAM configuration or is there a larger option for the NY-19?

The 24GB LPDDR5 memory is soldered and cannot be upgraded, so this single capacity is the only choice available.
