Full-Size 12-Gauge Aluminum Sheet Pan

Check Oven Dimensions and Cleaning Routine

Verify the internal rack space accommodates the overall length of 25 13/16 in and width of 17 13/16 in before ordering. Note the pan is not dishwasher safe and requires hand washing after each use.

Replaces Warped Thin Pans for Even Baking

Upgrade from lighter-gauge trays that buckle under heat; the rigid 12-gauge construction resists warping and promotes consistent browning. The jump is worth it when you need a solid, NSF-listed pan that withstands daily heavy-duty service.

Questions about this item

What comes with the Chicago Metallic 40605 sheet pan and do I need to buy anything else?

The pan arrives alone with its glazed aluminum surface. No extra accessories are included, so liners or racks must be purchased separately if desired.

Which gauge should I choose for a full-size 18x26 pan?

This model is built in 12-gauge aluminum, a heavy weight that resists warping and distributes heat evenly across the full 18 by 26 inch surface.

How does the 12-gauge thickness perform in a real oven?

The 12-gauge aluminum holds its shape at high temperatures, giving consistent browning on sheet-pan meals and baked goods without the bowing common in thinner pans.
