Questions about this item

What does the full-size 25 13/16 by 17 7/8 inch dimension mean for my oven rack space?

The pan matches a standard full-size sheet pan footprint, so it occupies an entire commercial oven rack and leaves no room for a second pan side by side.

How does the 16-gauge aluminum and glazed coating affect heat transfer and release?

16-gauge aluminum spreads heat quickly and evenly, while the glazed coating provides a low-stick surface without a non-stick layer that can degrade.

What does the one-inch depth and closed bead rim require for storage and handling?

The one-inch depth allows stacking with other full-size pans, and the closed bead rim gives a rigid edge for secure gripping and safe transport.
