Chicago Metallic 44801 Perforated Baking Sheet

This full-size aluminum sheet pan measures 18 by 26 inches and features a perforated surface for improved air circulation. The 16-gauge construction provides rigidity for commercial and home kitchens. A closed bead edge adds strength and prevents warping during repeated heating cycles.

Fits Standard Full-Size Racks and Ovens

The pan dimensions align with standard full-size sheet pan racks, allowing efficient stacking and storage. Perforations reduce the need for parchment or silicone liners by promoting direct airflow around food. Uncoated aluminum surface requires hand washing and thorough drying to maintain condition.

Sustained Heat Distribution Across Perforated

Even heat transfer across the aluminum body supports consistent browning during extended bake times. Perforations allow steam to escape, reducing soggy bottoms on breads and pastries. The closed bead design resists deformation under continuous high-temperature use in professional ovens.

Questions about this item

What is the gauge of the aluminum and how does it resist warping under sustained high heat?

The sheet is 16 gauge aluminum with a closed bead rim that resists warping during extended oven use.

Does the perforated aluminum sheet create noticeable noise or heat buildup during all-day baking?

The uncoated perforated aluminum runs silently and distributes heat evenly without trapping excess heat in long sessions.

What oven dimensions are required to fit this 18x26 full-size sheet pan?

The pan measures 25 13/16 inches long by 17 13/16 inches wide, so the oven interior must exceed those dimensions.
