Chief CMA-105 4" Flat Ceiling Plate monitor accessory

Steel Ceiling Plate for Projectors

The Chief CMA-105 is a 4-inch flat steel plate designed to mount a projector to a ceiling. It accepts any CMA adjustable or fixed extension column so installers can tailor the drop length. Rated for 500 lb, it suits commercial and residential environments where a secure overhead attachment is required.

Compact Form with Set-Screw Locking

The small diameter lets the plate fit in tight plenums or against decorative ceilings where larger bases cannot go. A supplied #10-24 socket set screw and 3/32 hex wrench lock the extension column firmly in place, preventing lateral movement once the projector is aimed and levelled.

Fixed Geometry Limits Column Choice

Because the plate has no built-in pitch or yaw adjustment, all angular positioning depends on the extension column selected. Installers must choose a column that provides the required tilt and swivel range before final tightening, as the plate itself offers no further articulation.
