Adjustable Extension Column 36-60

The Chief Manufacturing CMS0305 is a 1.5" NPT threaded column that extends from 36 to 60 inches in one-inch increments. It supports projectors up to 500 lbs and includes flow-through cable management with an exit port. Installers use it with any compatible Chief ceiling plate to set the exact drop length required.

Speed-Connect Adjustment Limits

Height changes are made through the notched design without disassembling the mount, and a set screw locks the position for added stability. The column only adjusts within the stated 36-60" range, so rooms needing a shorter or longer drop will require a different column length. Cable routing stays inside the tube but exits through a single port.

Replaces Fixed-Length Columns

This adjustable column replaces fixed-length poles when the ceiling height varies between jobs or when a single SKU must cover multiple installation depths. The jump is worth it when the installer needs on-site length flexibility without carrying several fixed-size columns.
