Adjustable Extension Column for Displays

The Chief Manufacturing CMS0507 is a white extension column designed to lower a projector or flat-panel display to a preferred viewing height. It threads onto any 1.5 NPT accessory, making it suitable for installers who need flexible drop lengths in commercial or residential AV setups.

5-7 Inch Range With Tool-Free Adjustment

The column extends continuously from 5 to 7 inches and locks in 1-inch increments using an integrated notch system that requires no disassembly. This headroom covers typical ceiling-to-mount gaps, but it cannot accommodate drops shorter than 5 inches or longer than 7 inches without additional components.

1.5 NPT Threading and Cable Management

Both ends feature 1.5 NPT threads for direct connection to compatible mounts and accessories. An integrated flow-through port routes cables internally through the aluminum body, keeping wiring tidy during installation. The column only works with 1.5 NPT equipment; other thread standards will not connect.
