Mobile AV cart for large displays

The CHIEF MANUFACTURING XPA1UB is a height-adjustable mobile cart built for extra-large screens and touch panels in education, corporate and digital-signage settings. It supports landscape orientation by default and portrait orientation when the display is at least 34 inches tall with a 400 x 400 mm or smaller mounting pattern. Pre-assembled heavy-duty casters, with the front two lockable, provide mobility and stability. The cart weighs 190 lb, giving a solid base for demanding installations.

Manual height range and cable management

A turn knob operated with a 1/2" hex drill bit lets one person raise or lower the screen between 48 and 65 inches (122 to 165 cm) without removing the display. Flexible cable covers on either side of the column allow lay-in access to external AV equipment, while magnetic removable front covers simplify routing to components stored inside. Included cable-wrap hardware keeps cabling tidy both inside and outside the cart.

Quiet manual operation and stable footprint

Height adjustment is purely mechanical, so normal use adds no fan noise or electrical draw beyond the connected display. The wide base and lockable front casters keep the cart steady during touch interaction or when the screen is at maximum height. Magnetic covers and integrated handles maintain a clean appearance while allowing quick access for maintenance or reconfiguration.
