Chinese Jump Rope 16.4 ft Rainbow Color 4mm Rubber Core

Chinese Jump Rope 16.4 ft Rainbow

This 16.4 ft Chinese jump rope is designed for group play with three or more participants. The rubber core provides high flexibility and stretch resilience for long-lasting performance during outdoor exercise and team-building activities. The rainbow colour adds visual appeal for parties and holiday events. It suits home yards, schools and outdoor fitness sessions.

Setup and common issues

Setup is straightforward: two people stand at each end and pull the rope taut with their ankles while others jump. The main difficulty is maintaining consistent tension so the rope does not sag or snap back unexpectedly. Uneven ground can affect the rope's elasticity and make jumping harder. Slight measurement variations may occur due to manual measurement.

Length and material limits

The fixed 16.4 ft length works for typical group sizes but cannot be adjusted for smaller or larger circles. The nylon and rubber construction handles repeated stretching but may degrade with prolonged exposure to harsh weather or abrasive surfaces. The rubber core's resilience has limits under extreme tension or sharp impacts. Indoor use on rough flooring can accelerate wear.
