Chosgo K19 12-Channel Sound Amplifier

The Chosgo K19 is a rechargeable personal sound amplifier designed for adults with mild to moderate hearing loss. It uses 12-channel processing to assist with conversations, television audio and phone calls. The beige CIC devices fit discreetly in the ear canal and are comfortable for extended wear alongside glasses or masks. Automatic gain control protects the ear from sudden loud sounds.

Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery Performance

Each unit provides up to 24 hours of use after a 2.5 to 3 hour charge in the portable case. The lithium-ion cells replace earlier battery types for stable recharging and longer service life. The case stores and charges both devices, removing the need for disposable cells. Battery duration will reduce in very noisy environments where processing runs continuously.

Compact Design with Simple Controls

The small, lightweight housings sit deep in the canal without pressure during long sessions. A single on/off button and left/right markings make daily operation straightforward. Three earbud sizes and a cleaning brush are included for fit and hygiene. The package supplies a Type-C cable, replacement filters and a quick guide for immediate setup.

Questions about this item

Will the beige Chosgo K19 fit alongside my existing glasses frames without pressure?

The CIC design is smaller than typical canal amplifiers so it sits deeper and leaves room for spectacle arms.

How do I confirm the 12-channel processing is active after I switch the device on?

A clear tone plays at power-up and the LED on the charging case shows solid green when both aids are fully charged and ready.

Which accessories come in the box and what must I purchase separately?

Included are left and right K19R aids, portable charging case, twelve earbuds in three sizes, cleaning brush, replacing tool, four extra filters, Type-C USB cable, manual, quick guide and warranty card; no extra items are required.
