Rechargeable CIC Hearing Aids for Adults

The Chosgo K19RC is a completely-in-canal hearing amplifier designed for adults with mild to moderate hearing loss. Each unit weighs approximately two grams and is thirty percent smaller than traditional behind-the-ear devices for a nearly invisible fit. A rotary volume control allows quick adjustment without a smartphone or remote. The red and blue colour coding simplifies left and right identification.

Portable Charging Case with Automatic Operation

The supplied charging case measures 6.06in by 3.78in by 2.05in and fits easily in a pocket or bag. Placing the aids inside starts charging automatically; no buttons or cables are required. A full charge takes three hours and the case holds enough reserve energy for multiple recharges while travelling. Included earwax guards can be swapped regularly to maintain sound clarity and extend device life.

All-Day Battery Life with Noise Reduction

Once charged the hearing aids deliver up to twenty-four hours of continuous use. Advanced sound processing reduces background noise so speech remains clear in everyday environments. The lightweight ergonomic shell follows the natural ear canal curve, minimising pressure during extended wear. No disposable batteries are needed, removing the recurring cost and hassle of frequent replacements.
