The 2500 mAh battery capacity determines how long you can use the massager away from a charger before recharging. If your routine demands longer untethered sessions, verify that this runtime matches your needs.

Questions about this item

Does the CILI CL-6476 need to be plugged into a wall socket while in use?

No, the massager is battery powered so it runs without a mains connection once charged.

Can I wear this 10.24-inch wide pillow over a cervical collar or neck brace?

The four adjustable magnetic buckles let you change the fit, but the device is designed for direct skin contact and may not secure properly over a rigid brace.

How do I know the 15-minute auto-off timer has activated after I start a session?

The unit will stop kneading and the heating function will switch off automatically once the 15-minute cycle ends.
