Left Hand End Cap for Baseboard Heaters

This extruded aluminium end cap finishes the left side of a Classic baseboard heater run. The white powder-coated surface matches the heater cabinet so the installation looks complete. It is intended for residential or light-commercial hydronic heating systems.

Extruded Aluminium Construction and Mounting

The cap is formed from a single piece of extruded aluminium measuring nine inches high, three inches long and three-and-a-half inches deep. It slips over the open end of the heater housing and secures with the same fasteners used on the baseboard sections. The solid face prevents debris from entering the cabinet while maintaining a clean profile.

Passive Thermal Integration

Because the cap contains no moving parts or electrical components it adds no noise and draws no power. The aluminium body conducts a small amount of heat from the adjacent heater section, but surface temperatures remain consistent with the rest of the cabinet during normal operation. No additional clearance or ventilation is required beyond the heater manufacturer’s specifications.
