Questions about this item

Does my phone need Bluetooth 5.4 to pair with these earbuds?

The earbuds use Bluetooth 5.4 with multipoint connectivity, so they pair with any Bluetooth audio source; older Bluetooth versions will connect at their own specification.

Will the 16.2 mm drivers still let me hear traffic while I listen to music?

Yes, the open-ear design rests over the ear canal without sealing it, so ambient sound such as traffic reaches your ears naturally while the drivers play audio.

How can I confirm the heart-rate sensor is working after I put the earbuds on?

The built-in sensor reads heart rate and blood oxygen; open the companion app on your phone to see live readings and verify the LEDs on the buds are illuminated.
