High-speed steel chucking reamer in wire size #11 with a straight, uncoated flute for precision hole finishing
The Cleveland C25374 is a high-speed steel chucking reamer in #11 wire size with a straight flute design and bright uncoated finish. It is intended for machinists and maintenance technicians who need to enlarge or finish existing holes to precise tolerances in a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The tool is supplied new and ready for use in drill presses, lathes or milling machines equipped with a suitable chuck or collet.
This reamer replaces a dull, damaged or incorrectly sized tool when hole finish and dimensional accuracy have degraded. The jump is worth it when a current reamer no longer cuts cleanly, produces oversized holes or chatters excessively in the cut. A fresh HSS body restores consistent material removal and surface quality without the cost of coated or carbide alternatives for general-purpose applications.
Before ordering, confirm that your machine spindle or tool holder accepts the reamer shank diameter and that the workholding is rigid enough to prevent deflection during reaming. Check that the workpiece material is compatible with uncoated high-speed steel and that cutting fluid or lubricant is available for the operation. Ensure the starting hole diameter is correct for the #11 size to avoid excessive tool load.

The #11 wire-gauge reamer has a straight shank sized for a matching #11 chuck or collet; verify your holder accepts that diameter before use.
Insert the shank fully into a clean, matched #11 collet or chuck, tighten evenly, and start the spindle at low speed before engaging the workpiece.
Replace or resharpen when hole finish degrades or diameter undershoots; HSS bright finish allows professional regrinding to restore the #11 size.
