Thermals noise and power draw

As a solid carbide rotary cutter, the tool generates heat only through friction at the cutting interface during normal milling. It has no motor, electronics or moving parts of its own, so it produces no audible noise and draws zero electrical power. Thermal load is managed entirely by the machine spindle coolant or air blast supplied by the operator.

Bright uncoated finish and Weldon flat

The bright uncoated surface avoids coating buildup on sharp edges, which helps maintain clean chip evacuation in softer materials such as aluminium and copper. A Weldon flat on the 3/8 in shank allows secure clamping in standard end-mill holders without slippage. No coolant-through passages are present, so external flood or mist coolant must be used when the application demands it.
