Collectible One-Piece Clamping Collar

The Climax Metal Products 1C-181-A is a new-old-stock component from the brand's power transmission range, now offered as a collectible piece. It appeals to enthusiasts who preserve industrial hardware or curate vintage mechanical assemblies.

Transparent finish and Prop 65 notices

The collar shows a transparent colour and carries California Proposition 65 warnings for chemicals linked to cancer and reproductive harm. Buyers seeking a pristine, regulation-free display item should look elsewhere.

Replaces worn originals in vintage drives

This one-piece collar serves as a direct replacement for degraded units on older V-belt or bearing shafts where the 1C-181-A specification was originally fitted. The upgrade is worthwhile only when an exact match for that part number is required.

Check that the single-piece clamp is fully closed with no gap and that the collar does not rotate or slide on the shaft.
