Questions about this item

What shaft diameter must I already have for the C-206-S set-screw collar to clamp securely?

The C-206-S is sized for a 206-series shaft; match your existing shaft to that diameter before installation.

Will the transparent C-206-S collar interfere with older steel collars already on the same shaft?

The transparent finish is purely visual; the collar clamps the same way as metal versions and sits alongside older hardware without binding.

How can I verify the C-206-S is seated correctly after tightening the set screw?

Rotate the shaft by hand — the collar should not slide or wobble, and the set screw should sit flush against the shaft surface.
