What this product is

The Climax Metal Products MC-36-S is a metric set screw collar supplied new from the manufacturer. It belongs to the power transmission equipment range and carries a transparent finish. Buyers receive the collar as a single component for mechanical assembly.

What to check before ordering

Verify that the metric dimensions of the collar match the shaft and bore in your existing assembly. Confirm that the transparent material is compatible with the operating environment and any lubricants in use. Review the Proposition 65 notice for chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive harm.

How it fits into a build

The collar secures onto a shaft with its set screw to position or retain adjacent components in a power transmission system. It requires a matching metric shaft and appropriate tooling for the set screw. Orders of 75 or more qualify for free shipping direct from the manufacturer.
