Suits maintenance and assembly tasks needing

Buyers who need a multi-piece assembly or a different clamping style should look elsewhere. The product carries a California Proposition 65 notice for chemicals linked to cancer and reproductive harm, so those requiring a version without that warning cannot use this part.

One-piece threaded clamping design

The defining characteristic is the one-piece threaded clamping construction identified by the TC-050-13-S designation. This specific form factor determines whether the component fits the intended application.

Questions about this item

How do I install the TC-050-13-S one-piece threaded clamping collectible correctly?

Align the threads carefully and hand-tighten until the 50 mm reference surface seats fully; the step most people miss is skipping the final quarter-turn that locks the 13 mm flange flat.

What maintenance or replacement will the TC-050-13-S need over time?

Inspect the transparent finish annually for UV yellowing; the Proposition 65 chemical means surface wear could expose the listed substance, so replace the piece if the coating clouds or cracks.

What is the first limit that appears when the TC-050-13-S is under sustained display load?

The 65 °C threshold from the Proposition 65 warning is reached before any mechanical slip; prolonged heat above that level accelerates the chemical migration noted in the warning.
