Questions about this item

What shaft diameter does the TC-150-12 collar fit?

The TC-150-12 is a one-piece threaded clamping collar designed for a 12 mm shaft, providing a secure grip when tightened.

Will the transparent finish on this collar show wear if I keep my older steel shaft?

The transparent coating is cosmetic; it will not affect clamping force on a clean, undamaged 12 mm steel shaft you already own.

How can I confirm the collar is seated correctly after installation?

Tighten the collar until the gap closes evenly around the 12 mm shaft, then verify there is no axial movement when you apply hand force.
