One Bottle Solution for Commercial Spaces
This 40 fluid ounce bottle of CloroxPro Pine-Sol Multi-Surface Cleaner delivers 40 gallons of cleaning solution when diluted. The 2X concentrated formula provides twice the cleaning solution of the unconcentrated version. It is designed for professional use in offices, day care centers, schools, food service facilities, and healthcare environments. The Original Pine scent deodorizes while cutting through tough grease, grime, dirt, and allergens.
Sustained Disinfection Across High-Touch Surfaces
When used as directed, the formula disinfects both neat and diluted to kill 99.9% of cold and flu viruses, including Influenza A, Respiratory Syncytial Virus, and Human Coronavirus. It also eliminates Salmonella enterica, Staphylococcus aureus, and SARS-CoV-2 on hard nonporous surfaces. The 5X cleaning action continuously deodorizes and removes non-living allergens such as dust mite matter, pet dander, and pollen particles during extended cleaning tasks.
Verify Surface Compatibility
Check that your surfaces are hard and nonporous to ensure proper disinfection efficacy. Confirm the facility allows a classic Original Pine scent in occupied areas such as offices or daycares. Ensure staff can follow the directed dilution ratios for mop buckets or spray bottles to achieve the 40-gallon yield. Buyers needing a fragrance-free or non-pine scented disinfectant should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item
How much concentrated cleaner do I use in a full mop bucket for an all-day shift?
The 2X concentrated formula yields 40 gallons of solution from the 40 fl oz bottle, so a standard mop bucket takes only a small measured pour.
Does the 40 fl oz bottle include a spray trigger or do I need my own spray bottle for countertop work?
The package supplies only the concentrate bottle; a separate spray bottle is required for ready-to-use surface application.
Can I run this through my older floor scrubber that only takes neutral-pH detergents?
This is a pine-oil based disinfectant cleaner, not a neutral-pH formula, so check the scrubber manufacturer's chemical compatibility list before use.
