What It Is

The Closs J60 is a wireless CarPlay adapter that converts a factory wired CarPlay system to wireless operation. It plugs into the vehicle's USB port and pairs with an iPhone running iOS 10 or later. The dongle measures 6.5 cm by 6.5 cm by 1 cm and weighs 1.06 ounces.

Who It Suits

Drivers with a 2016 to 2022 vehicle that already has factory wired CarPlay and who want a cable-free connection for navigation, music, Siri and calls. It is not for owners of listed incompatible models such as certain BMW, Tesla, Honda, Nissan, Acura or Mitsubishi vehicles. It is also not for Android phone users.

Deciding Spec

The adapter only works with cars that shipped from the factory with wired CarPlay; vehicles without that feature cannot use it. The unit includes both USB-A and USB-C cables for port compatibility.
