Horus Mid-Tower Gaming Desktop

The CLX Horus TGMHORRTU6202BM is a factory-built mid-tower desktop for gamers and creators who want a liquid-cooled Ryzen 9 9950X3D system with an RTX 5080 graphics card. It ships with Windows 11 Home, 32GB of DDR5 memory, and a 2TB SATA III SSD. The 850W power supply supports the included components.

Sustained Load with Liquid CPU Cooling

A 360mm AIO liquid cooler keeps the 16-core processor near its 5.70GHz max turbo during long sessions, while the RTX 5080 with 16GB GDDR7 and 5th-gen Tensor cores maintains frame rates in extended 4K or AI workloads. The mid-tower chassis uses multiple RGB fans for steady airflow across the GPU and motherboard. DDR5 memory runs at stock speeds for stability over hours of rendering or competitive play.

Upgrade Path from Air-Cooled or Lower-Tier Builds

This system replaces an older air-cooled desktop that throttles on 16-core workloads or a GPU with less than 16GB VRAM. The jump is worth it when you need 3D V-Cache latency benefits for simulation titles, DLSS 4 frame generation at 4K, or 256GB maximum memory headroom for large creative projects. Builders who need more than 2TB of primary storage or a second graphics card should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How loud and hot does the 850W power supply and liquid-cooled Ryzen 9 9950X3D get during all-day gaming sessions?

The CPU uses a 360mm AIO liquid cooler and the chassis includes multiple RGB fans for optimised airflow, keeping temperatures controlled under sustained load.

Which display cables and monitor inputs do I need to connect the RTX 5080 16GB GDDR7 graphics card?

The card uses a PCI Express x16 interface and provides standard DisplayPort and HDMI outputs; choose a monitor with matching inputs and a cable rated for your target resolution and refresh rate.

Can I keep my existing SATA SSDs or hard drives alongside the installed 2TB SATA SSD?

Yes, the 2TB SATA III SSD occupies one SATA port; additional SATA drives can be added if the motherboard provides spare SATA connectors and the case has free drive bays.
