Liquid-cooled Ryzen 9 desktop

The CLX SET TGMSETRTZ5304BM is a mid-tower gaming PC built around a liquid-cooled AMD Ryzen 9 9900X3D 12-core processor running at 4.40 GHz base and 5.50 GHz max turbo. It ships with 32 GB of DDR5 memory in a two-by-sixteen layout across four slots, a GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card with 32 GB GDDR7, and a 2 TB NVMe M.2 solid-state drive. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed.

Thermals and power

A 1000 W power supply feeds the CPU liquid loop and the RTX 5090, while RGB fans move air through the glass-panel chassis. The liquid cooler keeps the 9900X3D at stable temperatures during extended sessions, and the chassis airflow prevents heat soak around the GPU. Under typical gaming loads the system runs quietly, with fan noise rising only during sustained maximum output.

Bundled peripherals and software

A USB keyboard and USB mouse are included so the system is ready to use immediately. Windows 11 Home provides the operating environment, while the RTX 5090 brings Tensor cores and DLSS 4 frame-generation for higher frame rates in supported titles. The four DDR5 slots allow expansion up to 256 GB when workloads demand more memory.

Questions about this item

How is the liquid-cooled AMD Ryzen 9 9900X3D installed, and what step do people get wrong?

The processor drops into the AM5 socket with a simple lever action; the step people miss is removing the protective cover from the cold-plate before mounting the radiator, which blocks heat transfer.

What maintenance or replacement will the 1000W power supply need later?

Dust the intake filter every few months; the unit itself is rated for continuous 1000W delivery and typically runs for years without internal service.

What limit shows up first on the GeForce RTX 5090 32GB GDDR7 under sustained load?

The GPU power ceiling hits before thermal throttling; the 1000W supply feeds the card and the rest of the system, so prolonged peak draw can trigger power limiting.
