CMON RSU003 Rising Sun Dynasty Invasion Game

Expansion for Rising Sun

Dynasty Invasion is an expansion for the Rising Sun board game by designer Eric M. Lang. It adds two new Dynasty clans, Moon and Sun, each with their own seven lucky gods. The expansion increases the maximum player count to six. The Rising Sun core box is required to play.

Requires core game and player limits

This product cannot be played as a standalone game because it requires components from the Rising Sun core box. The new clans and lucky gods replace the original clans' monsters during setup. The expansion supports games with up to six players. Groups larger than six cannot be accommodated by this expansion.

Simple integration with core components

Installation consists of adding the new clan boards, miniatures, season cards, and lucky god figures to the core game components. The rule sheet explains how to substitute the new clans for existing ones during setup. No additional tools or assembly are required for the cardboard and plastic pieces. Players unfamiliar with the base game rules may find the new clan abilities add complexity to their first session.
