CNRAQR HB-03A-BK USB Handbrake

The CNRAQR HB-03A-BK is a USB handbrake designed for PC racing simulation. It uses a 16-bit non-contact sensor to deliver linear input for compatible titles. The unit is constructed primarily from low-carbon steel and features an adjustable handle height. It connects via a 2 m USB cable and requires no driver installation on Windows systems.

Sim Racers Seeking Linear Handbrake Input

This device suits sim racers who want a dedicated progressive handbrake for PC titles such as Dirt Rally, LFS or Assetto Corsa. It is not for console players because the handbrake does not function on PS4, PS5 or Xbox platforms. Buyers needing a combined shifter and handbrake peripheral should look at a different product. The unit only supports Windows operating systems.

16-Bit Resolution With Adjustable Mounting

The 16-bit sensor provides finer granularity than a 14-bit alternative, allowing precise modulation during rally or drifting scenarios. Height adjustment lets the lever sit comfortably alongside various wheel bases and cockpit profiles. The 2 m cable reaches most desktop or rig configurations without extension. Compatibility is limited to PC titles that recognise a separate USB handbrake axis.

Questions about this item

Does the 2-metre USB cable reach my PC without an extension?

The handbrake ships with a 2 m (6.56 ft) USB cable, long enough for most desk or cockpit setups without an extra extension

Will the 16-bit sensor work with my existing G29 wheel on the same PC?

How can I verify the 16-bit linear output is active after plugging it in?

Open the Windows USB game-controller panel, select the device and watch the axis bar move smoothly through its full range as you pull the lever
