Cokin Series P Gradual Grey ND Filter 121

The Cokin Series P Gradual Grey Neutral Density Filter ND4X G2 Medium 121 balances exposure between bright skies and darker foregrounds. Landscape photographers using the Series P filter system can fit this rectangular filter into the holder to control light transitions across the frame. It suits shooters who need smooth graduation without hard lines.

Graduated density for extended dynamic range

Under sustained bright conditions the gradual grey coating maintains consistent density across long exposures, preventing highlight clipping in the upper frame while preserving shadow detail below. The medium transition avoids abrupt shifts that appear artificial in panoramic sequences. Photographers requiring hard-edge graduation or stronger light reduction will need a different filter specification.
