Colorfire MEOW R16 Pro gaming laptop

The Colorfire MEOW R16 Pro is a 16-inch gaming laptop built around an AMD Ryzen 7 8745HX processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 laptop GPU. It ships with Windows 11 Home and targets gamers and creators who need a portable machine for modern titles and AI-accelerated workflows. The 16.0 inch IPS panel delivers a 2560 x 1600 resolution at 180 Hz with 100% sRGB coverage.

Capacity and headroom

The system includes 16GB of DDR5 4800 memory across two slots and a 512GB NVMe SSD for the operating system and a modest game library. The RTX 5050 provides 8GB of GDDR7 video memory and runs at a 115W full-power design, while the CPU offers 8 cores, 16 threads and a 5.1 GHz max boost clock with 32MB L3 cache. Heavy multitasking or large project files will quickly fill the single 512GB drive and the 16GB memory ceiling.

Build quality and daily connectivity

The chassis measures 361 mm wide, 259 mm deep and 25.4 to 31 mm high, housing a 230W power adapter rated at 20V 11.5A. The thin profile and 180 Hz display suit competitive gaming on the move, while the 115W GPU configuration means sustained loads will demand effective thermal management. Ports and wireless specifications are not detailed in the supplied data.
