Wider Massage Coverage

The COMFIER CF-6811 cordless neck massager delivers a massage area 40% wider than regular models. It targets the neck, trapezius, shoulders and upper back with 4D shiatsu deep tissue kneading. Designed for desk workers and drivers, it fits body curves and includes hands-free straps. The unit weighs 2.42 pounds and measures 21.3 cm by 14 cm by 14.3 cm.

Battery Runtime and Heat Settings

A 2500mAh rechargeable battery provides 70 to 90 minutes of use per charge and requires about 3 hours for a full charge. Each session automatically pauses after 10 minutes for safety. Heated massage heads offer High, Low and Off settings that warm gradually within a few minutes. The heat works only during massage and cannot operate independently.

Portable Hands-Free Operation

The cordless design allows use at a desk, on a sofa or in a car without tangled cords. Two massage modes and two shiatsu speeds are selectable. The removable sleeve unzips for cold water washing with mild detergent. A USB charging cable is included. The device is not water resistant and is intended for the neck, shoulders, trapezius and upper back, though it may be positioned on the lower back, calves or thighs.

Questions about this item

How do I put the CF-6811 on and what is the step users often miss?

Wrap the massager around your neck, fasten the hands-free straps so the heated heads contact the trapezius and upper back, then press power. The step users miss is allowing 3 hours for a full charge before the first session; the 2500mAh battery ships partially charged.

What part will need replacement and how do I maintain it?

The removable faux-leather sleeve zips off; wash it in cold water with mild detergent and air-dry. The embedded 2500mAh battery is not user-replaceable; after many cycles runtime will drop below the 70-90 minute range.

What limit appears first during a long massage session?

The built-in safety timer pauses the unit after 10 minutes. Let it rest for about 15 minutes before restarting; continuous operation beyond that cycle is not supported.
