Comfwalk Metatarsal Pads Size 8

Three pairs of black metatarsal cushions designed for adult unisex use. The soft construction targets ball-of-foot pain caused by high heels or extended standing. Adhesive backing secures each pad inside the shoe without additional fasteners.

Adhesive backing and shock-absorbing layer

Strong adhesive keeps pads in place through heat, moisture and continuous movement. Hypoallergenic formulation reduces skin irritation while maintaining grip. Shock-absorbing material lessens impact on metatarsal bones during each step.

Soft cushion construction for daily wear

Pads conform to the forefoot without adding bulk that alters shoe fit. Black colour stays discreet inside dark footwear. Three pairs allow rotation between shoes or replacement when adhesive effectiveness diminishes.

Questions about this item

How often will the adhesive on these Comfwalk metatarsal pads need replacing with daily wear?

The hypoallergenic adhesive is tested for durability and designed to hold firmly from the first step through continuous movement, heat and moisture, lasting the full usable life of each pair.

What is the first comfort limit reached during extended standing in high heels?

The soft cushion design and shock-absorbing technology reduce impact on metatarsal bones, so the primary limit becomes the shoe's own fit rather than ball-of-foot pressure.

Do the pads become hot or slippery inside the shoe after hours of use?

The anti-slip adhesive maintains grip despite heat and moisture, while the breathable cushion material prevents heat build-up during all-day wear.
