Silicone Hot Rollers for Curls

The Conair HS18L set contains 14 flexible silicone hot sticks in two sizes for custom curls and waves. Seven small rollers and seven medium rollers suit all hair lengths. The silicone covering helps protect hair from heat damage during styling. No clips are needed because hair locks in place on the flexible rods.

85-Second Heat-Up and Temperature Range

The unit reaches working temperature between 140F and 230F in 85 seconds when the cover is closed on a flat surface. A ready dot illuminates to signal the rollers are hot enough for use. The container measures 7.5 in by 9.5 in and weighs .98 kilograms. Power comes from a corded base rather than battery operation.

Sustained Styling Session Behaviour

Rollers maintain heat while you work through sections, letting you leave them in longer for tighter curls or less time for looser waves. The set includes one Flexi Rod for additional styling options. Buyers who want cordless operation or a larger quantity of rollers will need a different system. Clean the unit with a cloth once it has cooled completely.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the Conair HS18L rollers so they reach the 140F-230F range without losing heat?

Place the container on a flat surface with the cover tightly closed; wait for the ready dot to illuminate after 85 seconds before removing the 14 silicone hot sticks.

What cleaning or part replacement will the HS18L need over time?

Wipe the rollers and container with a cloth once they are completely cool; the set includes one Flexi Rod for securing hair, and no roller clips are required.

How long can I keep the rollers in my hair before the 85-second heat charge starts to drop off?

The rollers deliver heat in the 140F-230F window right after the ready dot lights; leave them in longer for tighter curls or a shorter time for looser waves.
